Sara and Kevin Russell combine deep local knowledge with a hospitality-driven, client-first approach. With nearly two decades of Austin life, they focus on the downtown Austin condo market and the neighborhoods south of Lady Bird Lake — and serve buyers, sellers, and renters across Austin and the surrounding areas.
They operate their business by the Golden Rule: clear communication, honest guidance, and genuine relationship building on every transaction.
Sara Russell came to real estate the same way she approached her 15 years in education: with a genuine desire to help people navigate something that matters deeply to them.
After more than 25 years calling Austin home, Sara brings something no amount of sales experience can manufacture. She has watched neighborhoods transform, seen families put down roots, and witnessed Austin evolve into one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the country. That perspective shapes how she listens to clients, how she thinks about value, and how she advises on decisions that go beyond price per square foot.
Her time in the classroom built skills that translate directly into real estate: breaking down complex information into clear next steps, staying calm when the stakes are high, and never losing sight of the person in front of her. Buying or selling a home is one of the most significant decisions most people make, and Sara treats it that way. Sara is committed to showing up fully prepared and deeply attentive for every client she works with.
When she is not working, Sara can be found exploring Austin's restaurant scene, traveling with her family, cheering on her teenagers, or getting lost in a good book.
Kevin Russell initially whet his appetite for real estate while watching his older brother develop large multifamily apartments at a national level. He holds an Advertising degree from the University of Illinois and found himself drawn to hospitality soon after university — holding guest service positions with Hilton, Fairmont, and the Four Seasons brand of hotels and residences.
Kevin took those hospitality skills to a role with the sales team at the Austin Proper Residences, giving him a glimpse into Austin's real estate development world. He now works with Holt Residential Group at Compass, focusing on the downtown Austin condo market and the neighborhoods south of Lady Bird Lake.
A former endurance athlete with multiple Ironman finishes, Kevin is a 2x Boston Marathon finisher and 3x NYC Marathon qualifier. He knows what it means to start something and see it through to completion at a high level — whether that's a race or the buying and selling of a home, he meets every transaction with diligence.
Kevin lives in South Austin with his wife Sara and their two children — plus an old, grumpy bulldog named Earl. He enjoys family time, camping, boating, and vintage cars and motorcycles.
